Combined rotation (forward recovery and rolling recovery in both directions).
Float motionless (ten seconds) or Mushroom float (at least three seconds).
Tread water (sixty seconds).
Mushroom float with a push down by an instructor (one point two metres depth) followed by return to the surface (unassisted and controlled), then a recovery to a safe breathing position (using a rolling recovery).
Swim ten metres any method.
Against swirl of water get out over poolside unaided or if physically impossible get to a safe position from which assistance can be given.
